What does working with a team give me that a solo agent does not?
Two licensed brokers review every file, which means two sets of eyes on pricing, contracts, and negotiation, plus a broader calendar for showings and open houses. You still talk directly with a principal, never a junior assistant.
Do you work with first-time buyers?
Constantly, and happily. A large share of our clients are first-time buyers, and we treat every question as a good one. We will walk you through financing conversations, inspections, and the closing timeline step by step.
Are you licensed outside Oregon?
Yes. Geri holds an Oregon broker license, and Tim holds both Oregon and Washington licenses, so we can represent you on either side of the Columbia River without a referral.
