Who will I actually work with?
You work directly with one of the two principal brokers, Geri or Tim Penner. There is no junior assistant and no referral farm: two licensed brokers review every offer, contract, and negotiation together, and your file stays personal from the first call to closing.
What areas does the Penner Group serve?
The team works every day in Portland and the close-in suburbs of both Washington and Clackamas counties. Coverage runs from Ridgefield in Southwest Washington south to Marion County, Oregon, and from the Columbia River Gorge to the Oregon Coast.
How do I get started?
Send a note through the form below or call the team, and a broker replies within one business day. The first call is always a conversation, never a sales pitch, and we are open from 9 AM to 8 PM, seven days a week.
Do you work with first-time buyers?
Constantly, and happily. A large share of our clients are first-time buyers, and we treat every question as a good one. We will walk you through financing conversations, inspections, and the closing timeline step by step.
Are you licensed outside Oregon?
Yes. Geri holds an Oregon broker license, and Tim holds both Oregon and Washington licenses, so we can represent you on either side of the Columbia River without a referral.
